Your First Day

Students should arrive between 8am and 8.20am

(only Y7 and Y11 will be in the academy on this day)

  • Full uniform

  • Bag

  • Pencil Case

  • Snacks for Break Time / Packed Lunch (if applicable) and a drink of water

  • And a smile!!!



Students will be directed to assembly

  • After assembly they will be collected by their Year 7 Tutor

  • Timetables will be issued

  • A free planner will be issued (students MUST bring this with them every day and show this on the gate as they arrive at school)

  • Biometric scan will take place (so students can purchase food)

  • Lessons start for real from Period 3 onwards

  • Students will get to know the school and make new friends
